Breathe is one of many options for supporting healthy lung function. Rub on the chest, back and feet bottoms, as needed during times of respiratory distress, or before a work out to improve oxygen flow.
Also, take an empty roller and make a Breathe+ roller using 15 drops breathe oil, 10 drops lime oil and 5 drops frankincense oil. It is very effective and easy to roll on as needed! I also like to layer these oils. This can assist in decreasing snoring if applied at bedtime.

Breathe also comes in stick form, and respiratory drops to suck on.
