Look around you. Have you noticed that there seems to be more illness, both physical and mental, then in the past? Someone asked me today what has happened? Why? My hypothesis is … it all starts with nutrition. What are we putting in our bodies? Even those who eat what we call “healthy” aren’t getting everything they need from their diets. They are getting more nutrition than the rest of us who eat “OK” but still the American diet is lacking. We have been so inundated with fad diets and promises of weight loss, we have forgotten to eat to be healthy. People lack many nutrients, amino acids and enzymes they should get from their diet but don’t. One such amino acid is GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric acid) which is found in oolong tea and other green and black teas. It is also found in tempeh, kefir and yogurt. There are also foods that help with production of GABA in the body which include seafood, lentils, nuts, whole grains, spinach, broccoli, citrus, cocoa and potatoes.
People who have low GABA activity may suffer from chronic stress, depression, anxiety, muscle pain, headaches, trouble sleeping, memory issues and difficulty concentrating. I am so thrilled that there is a supplement that contains GABA in a form that our body can use. I have noticeably less feelings of stress and an increased ability to focus since I started taking these supplements. There have been a lot of success stories from other people taking these but I can only adequately share mine. I have no side effects of any kind, I am sleeping well, awaking early with a ready to go feeling. If you are interested in how to get these, email me at cassiead@outlook.com.
