N is for Nits
Lice HATE Melaleuca, known best by its street name, Tea Tree Oil. 30 drops of this oil, along with some rubbing alcohol and water to the top of your spray bottle, makes a great nit and lice spray.
Part hair section by section, and spray with treatment recipe above. Let sit and comb with nit comb. Wipe comb off on a paper towel every pass through the hair. Dry with hot blow dryer, repeat daily. They hate Melaleuca and they hate HEAT!
Also works for prevention during an outbreak, just add a drop to shampoo or mist on daily, parting hair as you spray.
