H is for Heat

Peppermint on the back of the neck or on a bandana, will drop body temperature, and allow you to feel cool and refreshed.  I also like to take peppermint water in a stainless-steel or glass bottle to the lake! Keep a spray bottle of water and peppermint in the fridge for a nice extra cool mist.

When the body is hot for other reasons, you can swipe peppermint and fractionated coconut oil from spine to tailbone to naturally bring the body temperature back down.
