Z is for ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

Did you know that when you rest, you regenerate, restore and heal?  If you aren’t sleeping, you aren’t living to your FULL potential!  

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 35 percent of people are sleep deprived.

The ability to lose weight is also affected by sleep. Research published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinoloy and Metabolism found that sleeping less than six hours triggers the area of your brain that increases your need for food.

Lavender, Balance and Serenity are wonderful sleep inducers. Use these oils to help support the bodies ability to REST, plus Cedarwood that I’ve already discussed.  I love my Serenity pills. I sleep so well now zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
